Luke Imperatore is a Managing Partner at TYR Partners, where he draws on more than three decades in financial markets to support clients on capital raising, structured transactions, and business development.

Focus & Current Roles

Luke currently serves as Senior Managing Director at Appomattox, an outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) focused on family offices, endowments, and foundations, and as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Touro University. His expertise centers on capital raising and structuring asset-backed and structured transactions.

Experience

• More than 20 years raising investment capital and launching or incubating startup fund managers.

• Deep experience in hedge funds, including launching a number of leading managers.

• Senior roles at The Mason Companies and Pulse Capital Partners, with earlier experience at Wasserstein Perella, Putnam Lovell, and the Hascoe family office.
